We believe in quality over quantity, therefore in order to streamline the process, we aim to initially submit no more than 3-5 qualified candidates that we feel are the best potential match for your needs, based on experience, working style, culture fit and personality. This means fewer resumes for you to review, allowing you to focus on other priorities. Saving precious time is one of the many benefits our clients can enjoy when partnering with us.
We manage the entire interview process by scheduling and confirming all interviews, following up with both parties for feedback, offering counsel if requested and assessing the next steps. Once a final candidate has been selected for the position, we'll verify previous work history and quality of work by speaking directly with their provided references. Trademark Hire, LLC does not perform comprehensive background checks.
Placement Fee & Guarantee
We stay in touch with our clients and candidates and stand behind our work with a 90-day replacement guarantee (for the first placement), which begins on the employee's start date. Should the employee fail to meet expectations, we’ll immediately initiate a new search for a qualified replacement for the same position at no additional fee.
